Site Manager, Stockholm

As a site manager at Fidior Bygg, you are the hub of daily operations on the construction site. You are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring production to ensure that the project is executed according to set goals, timelines, and quality requirements. We primarily work on projects within healthcare and hospital environments.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning of personnel and resources, site management, and daily documentation
• Coordination, material handling, self-checks, and setting out as needed
• Delegating tasks to the leading installer and ensuring that work progresses according to plan
• Combining operational work on-site with administrative tasks from the office

To thrive in this role, we see that you have: 

• Experience as a site manager in the construction sector
• Good understanding of the construction process from start to finish
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety and quality work, preferably according to BKMA
• Driving license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
